Setup and Preparation
- Setting up tables & chairs, preparing guest favors, and decorating the venue. This could include centerpieces, aisle runners, flowers, signage, linens, candles, etc.
- Food & drink preperation and setup.
- Making sure vendors are setup and answering any questions they may have.
- Preparing for and assisting with the send-off and other important timeline events.



Coordination & Guest Assistance
- Greeting, assisting, and answering questions for guests.
- Assisting the wedding party and helping run the music.
- Ensuring the timeline runs smoothly and making adjustments as needed.
- Handling unexpected issues and running errands: weather changes, late vendors, missing items (we even have an emergency kit with backup supplies).
- Checking in and working with the venue/vendors throughout the event.

Cleanup & Wrap-Up
- Helping pack up all items including decor, gifts, rentals, and personal belongings.
- Gathering and packing any leftover food or cake.
- Coordinating vendor takedown and departures.
- Cleaning up the venue and ensuring it’s left in good condition.
