Setup and Preparation

  • Setting up tables & chairs, preparing guest favors, and decorating the venue. This could include centerpieces, aisle runners, flowers, signage, linens, candles, etc.
  • Food & drink preperation and setup.
  • Making sure vendors are setup and answering any questions they may have.
  • Preparing for and assisting with the send-off and other important timeline events.

Coordination & Guest Assistance

  • Greeting, assisting, and answering questions for guests.
  • Assisting the wedding party and helping run the music.
  • Ensuring the timeline runs smoothly and making adjustments as needed.
  • Handling unexpected issues and running errands: weather changes, late vendors, missing items (we even have an emergency kit with backup supplies).
  • Checking in and working with the venue/vendors throughout the event.

Cleanup & Wrap-Up

  • Helping pack up all items including decor, gifts, rentals, and personal belongings.
  • Gathering and packing any leftover food or cake.
  • Coordinating vendor takedown and departures.
  • Cleaning up the venue and ensuring it’s left in good condition.
