Example: If you need three assistants, it would cost $90/hour combined.
Price is based on the number of requested assistants.
1 Assistant = $80
2 Assistants = $130
3 Assistants = $180
4 Assistants = $230
5+ Assistants = Inquire for price.
This deposit is required to reserve our services for the day of your event. Once it has been paid, your booking will be confirmed. This amount will be applied to your final bill. (Deposit is non-refundable)
Rush Booking
+$50 - Applies only if you book within 7 days of your event.
Travel
We include up to 30 miles of travel from Spanish Fork, UT in any direction. If your event will take place further away than the Spanish Fork radius, the cost for travel will be shown in your proposal.
We are available Monday-Saturday. We do not offer any services on Sundays.
If your event takes place on a holiday (such as the 4th of July or Halloween), the hourly rate may increase. This will be shown on your proposal.
We are not available on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Easter.
Soon after your event has concluded, we will send you a final invoice.
This final bill is based on the number of hours our assistant(s) helped with your event and any fees that are applicable.
The amount you paid on your deposit will be automatically applied toward this final bill.
There are many opportunities to leave a tip for your assistants!
1. While paying your deposit to book with us (pre-tip)
2. In person at your event (cash or Venmo)
3. On your final bill (after your event)
100% of the gratuity will be given to the assistants who helped at your event, and the money will be split evenly among the number of assistants who worked.
